An occupational therapist with Masters in Musculoskeletal Sciences from the Prestigious Seth.G.S.Medical College & K.E.M.Hospital, Mumbai, Raviraj Shetty is passionate about working for children with developmental disabilities and their families. His areas of interest are Sensory Integration, collaborating with children and families using Narrative Therapy, Handwriting difficulties, Social skills training and Mental Health. He works at Mumbai's two leading NGO's Ummeed Child Development Centre and POSAT Foundation. He is also a part of the Forum for Autism Resource Committee to build capacity in various organizations through training professionals and parents. He has been involved in training community health workers, teachers, parents and students working in the area of child development. Co-founder of Happie world, a platform for children with disabilities to express their individuality through dance, art and music.
Pauline has extensive (40 years +) experience at school, local, national and international roles.
She has worked as a teacher, head teacher, local authority advisor and regional manager. She has also worked as an education practioner in England, Mexico, South Korea and Wales.
She is a Senior Advisor to the Avanti Schools Trust, currently based in Wales, UK and is currently working in a senior capacity as Professional Programme Manager with the UK Government, focusing on school improvement and has developed, designed and delivered National Headship Qualification training and other CPD programmes.
Pauline is on the National Exectutive Committee and is a trustee and an active volunteer for SNAP Cymru.
She has taught, worked as a Head, set up new schools, and developed and delivered school leader and teacher training programmes for all levels of educational professionals.
She is the Regional Network Coordinator for a schools development initiative of the University of Cambridge, Faculty of Education.
Pauline’s expertise spans primary and secondary including supporting and advising schools to improve in challenging circumstances such as deprived areas. She has extensive experience and is an expert in the field of Special Educational Needs education and Inclusion.
